To ensure the fastest possible response make sure to login using the same email address used on the Ionic dashboard. 

If you've never logged into the KB before you can request a password reset from the login dialog.

When submitting your request complete as many form fields as possible. If you're submitting an Appflow request be sure to complete the App Id field.

For your security we cannot discuss apps with users who are not present on the owning account. Ensure that you submit your request using the same email address used to access the app on the Appflow dashboard.
