How to cancel your subscription

This article educates you how to cancel your self service subscription to Ionic Appflow. For instructions on how to delete your account, please review this support article.

To cancel your paid Ionic Appflow Starter Add-on subscription:

1. Log in to the Ionic Appflow dashboard
2. Navigate to Settings, then select Subscriptions
3. Select Subscriptions in the left menu and click Change Plan
4. If you are on a paid plan, you will see the option to Cancel plan under your current plan selection.
