Paid subscribers are eligible for support on the following topics. Free users are limited to community support.
Billing and Admin:
Assistance with billing issues and account access. Invoices are provided as is. Custom invoicing is available only with an Enterprise agreement.
Product Support:
Support will assist with basic product usage, navigation, and questions about product features.
Support will raise reproducible bugs with the appropriate team and offer workarounds when possible. Submission of a demo app exhibiting the reported bug or comprehensive reproduction steps are required. Reported issues must be reproducible and cannot be isolated to a single project.
Support is not offered for Ionic OSS including the Ionic Framework, Ionic Native, Stencil, or Capacitor. Issues with OSS must be raised in the community.
Support for the Ionic Framework, Capacitor, Native Solutions, and Premier Plugins is available for Enterprise customers only.
Support is not offered for 3rd party tools including Cordova, Angular, 3rd party services (Firebase), App/Play store submission, or plugins maintained by a 3rd party.

Build Error Review:
Support will review failed Appflow builds and offer guidance when possible. Guidance can consist of references to known solutions, documentation, or recommendations for further research.
