Why does my billing page say I'm on the Starter plan when I've paid for an Organization account?
Answer
You are, most likely, viewing the incorrect billing settings for the subscription you're referring to.
If you have purchased a Growth or Scale plan (meaning you have an Organization account), that Organization's billing information is kept in a separate location from your Individual account's billing information.
Your Individual billing can be found by:
- Clicking your avatar in the bottom left corner of the page
- Select Personal Settings and switch to the Billing tab
Your Organization's billing can be found by:
- Clicking your avatar in the bottom left corner of the page
- Selecting Organizations and enter the organization in question
- Once on your organization's workspace, select Settings > Billing
