Apple will reject apps submitted to the app store that do not contain the appropriate app entitlements. This is frequently an issue with push notification plugins.
If an app has been rejected first verify that all necessary code signing credentials are present and correctly configured.
If the issue persists it's possible for an outdated or poorly maintained plugin to overwrite the necessary entitlements file. Plugins known to be associated with this problem are listed below.
If present in a rejected app these plugins should be removed, a new native build run, and the app resubmitted.
Additional plugins beyond this short list may also be associated with this problem, if the plugin is actively maintained be sure to update to the latest version and raise any potential issues with the maintainer of the plugin.
